A Coffeehouse for live, local and homegrown music!
The Friday Night Live Music Coffeehouse Series starts this fall at the newly opened Songbird Café in Old Lyme, CT. The live music series features local homegrown emerging talent in conjunction with Bring Our Music Back, Inc. The Friday Night Coffeehouses will be from 7-9pm throughout the fall months in the charming, unique "pied-a-terre" styled Songbird Café, located behind the Diane Birdsall Gallery and the Chocolate Shell on Lyme Street.
The Songbird Café is also open daily, Monday-Friday, 9a-5p featuring the best in local pastries and baked goods such as muffins, cakes, pies and cupcakes, as well as all natural jams, jellies, conserves, vinaigrettes and sauces strait from Tait Farms of Central PA. Pick up simmering hot coffees and herbal teas, hot chocolate or cider.
Relax, rejuvenate and experience local and the best in Connecticut’s Homegrown talent at The Songbird Café... stop in for a warm cup of coffee, tea or simmering mulled cider to start your day, rest along the way or just end your day with us ! WiFi Available!
Bring Our Music Back, Inc is a non-profit 501©(3) organization dedicated to the enrichment and support of burgeoning youth musical talent in our communities through the development of musical mentorships, internships, performance opportunities, education and exposure to the performing musical arts. This is Music with Purpose.

Bring Our Music Back, Inc. presents the 2011 Annual Festival of Trees & Music
A 10 day exquisite exhibit of over 36 designed and decorated Holiday Trees sponsored by community organizations and business throughout the region on display the day after Thanksgiving through the first week in December. Ring in the holidays with a special visit to the Lyme Art Association to view these spectacular trees . . .small and large, complete with holiday vinettes for each tree. Each day will feature emerging youth artists with music, cookies and a special Wonderful Topiarium Gift Shop of holiday garden flowers, urns, and specialty holiday jams, jellies, chutney sauces and gift baskets strait from Tait Farms of Central Pennsylvania..... Hours are 10-5p daily and admission for tree viewing is $5.00 with children under 5 free.
All Trees are up for Silent Auction to be delivered Monday December 5th and 6th ! Don't Miss Mrs Morgoriums Magical Topiariums Gift Shop for stunning garden holiday gifts and baskets ! Open Daily throughout the festival 10a-6p
